At DOCRID Consultancies, we aim to deliver high-quality consulting services, courses, and digital products. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Online Course Enrollments:

A full refund is available if requested within 48 hours of purchase and if less than 10% of the course has been accessed.

No refund will be granted once the course has been substantially accessed or completed.

Consulting Services:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for no-shows.

Digital Products (Templates, Tools, Downloads):

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.
